Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data for sales reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
- Assist in profit and loss (P& L) analysis and budgeting processes.
- Utilize software tools such as SAP, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, and Excel to extract, transform, and visualize data.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to share analytical findings and recommendations.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives related to data analysis and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on business reporting and accounting.
- Strong proficiency in software tools, including SAP, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, and Excel.
- Ability to perform sales reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis.
- Solid understanding of key financial concepts, P& L analysis, and budgeting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team.
Salary & Benefits:
