Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000

Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for analytics and a keen eye for financial insights? Our Robert Half client in the Retail Industry is seeking a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. If you possess a solid educational background, experience in business reporting and analytics, and a knack for sales reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data for sales reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
  • Assist in profit and loss (P& L) analysis and budgeting processes.
  • Utilize software tools such as SAP, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, and Excel to extract, transform, and visualize data.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings and presentations to share analytical findings and recommendations.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives related to data analysis and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on business reporting and accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in software tools, including SAP, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, and Excel.
  • Ability to perform sales reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis.
  • Solid understanding of key financial concepts, P& L analysis, and budgeting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this position is competitive, with a range of $75,00 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth within the organization.
